For my graduate collection, I explored theatre costume design and took inspiration from Broadway productions. I reworked this concept for my final collection to create unique silhouettes that explored the significance of fabrics and prints. This collection references fashion history from a modern perspective.

Lucy Buttini has graduated from Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Design, majoring in Fashion and minoring in Fashion Communication. She has an interest in theatre costume design and has used this as inspiration for her graduate collection.
