TESTAMENT is a collection which is inspired by the relationship our clothes have with our sense of self and the way we express our humble humanity to the world. It is informed by my hope for a fashion industry grounded in social sustainability and a fashion industry which cares about the people it is for.

Victoria Parrott is a fashion designer motivated by social sustainability and the obligation she feels she and her cohort have as the next generation of designers. She uses design as a platform to articulate the change she wants to see and uses fashion as her means to affect it.
